You will be informed ahead of time when Pixometry upgrades are planned. We can plan upgrades for customers individually. If a scheduled upgrade comes at an inconvenient time for you, you can contact support@pixometry.com to schedule a specific upgrade date. Should problems arise with an upgrade, we can downgrade you to the previous version in order to solve the issues. 

After an upgrade, when you start the UI, you will be prompted to download a new version of the UI. Always keep the UI version up to date. When prompted, download the new version and install it. Read more here for installation instructions.
